Ever wondered what we actually do with your application?

The following shows what we do and how we do it

1. One of our staff will complete a Mortgage Application Fact Find. The questions we ask in the Fact Find are all relevant and necessary for providing you with the correct mortgage product that best fits your requirements. This will take on average 8 minutes.
2. The information gathered in the Fact Find is passed to our "Mortgage Placement Team". They will search the whole of the mortgage market to find you the most appropriate product that best fits your requirements.
3. You will then be contacted "By telephone" by one of our staff and the product (Mortgage) will be explained to you and any questions you have regarding the product will be answered.
4. If you are completely satisfied with the product (mortgage), we will organise a date that is suitable to you, for one of our (Ce-Map Qualified) mortgage advisors to call to your home. He or she will complete the mortgage application form & answer any further questions you may have.
5. Your application will then be submitted to the lender by our processing department, they will deal with the lender, the surveyor and the solicitor on your behalf.
